Absolutely. At the beginning of the season, just let us know the dates you'd like to block out on your calendar, and the house is yours. There are no restrictions.
We carefully select guests and manage the security deposit. In the event of damage, we immediately initiate the refund process through the platform and, if necessary, through our insurance.
We act as tax withholding agents, managing the flat-rate tax and all other taxes related to your property. Upon request, we can connect you with our tax advisors specializing in short-term rentals.
